Our Premium subscription provides access to exclusive content for a monthly fee of $9.99 AUD/month.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store payment card information
• Refunds are offered at our discretion — contact us at contact@pawfectnews.com within 7 days of charge

4. User-Generated Content

Users may post comments, adoption listings, lost & found reports, and event listings. By posting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform
• Confirm the content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights
• Take responsibility for the content you post

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• List pets for sale that you don't own or don't intend to rehome responsibly
• Violate any applicable local or international laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All editorial content, design, code, and trademarks on Pawfect News are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
